There are hundreds of examples of this type of game. Usually these focus on either the one player or two player experience. This software example is for a single player and the computer opponent is rather deadly. To make matters worse there's a twist in that there are obstacles that cannot be fired through and also that there are bombers by air that target the player area. So the player can never relax. And this is how things should be.
